Staying on track for the nationals

Second weekend, second track meet. Our last track meet gave us our baseline for improvement.  This  week, we build upon  the tough endurance training we did during the winter. Each week, we will improve.  Each week, we will run faster and throw further.

A big thanks to all of our parents who help us out more than they know.  From keeping the piece under the team tent to making sure kids don't travel by themselves.  Track parents are special.  This isn't a 2 hour basketball or football commitment on Saturday.  These track meets can and do run from 8am to 8pm.
